As winter approaches we are already thinking about the Big Pond Thaw for 2011-12. If you see any dead amphibians or fish in your pond, then tell us about them.
There are two ways to do the survey - you can download the paper form - and take it out to your pond, and post it to us, or you can enter your findings directly online. You can do the survey as many times as you like!
When you have done your survey, please fill in as many of the questions as you can here and press submit at the end to send the form to us.
It should only take a few moments to fill in.
